The AL.FE ecological trap allows for the control and monitoring of the brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys), which can cause serious damage to fruit trees, ornamental plants, and vegetables.
With the use of specific AL.FE attractants and pheromones (sold separately), it effectively attracts both male and female individuals, both juvenile and adult.
The trap is environmentally friendly and does not damage flowers, fruit, soil, or groundwater.
The product is non-toxic, contains no insecticides, and is safe for animals and the environment.
Assembly instructions:
1) Take the transparent cone and close it with the snap-on closure on the side; point the tip upward and insert the two light green units above and below.
2) Loosely place the plastic cylinder containing the AL.FE attractant and pheromone combination for Halyomorpha Halys on the transparent cone.
3) Insert the cone into the collection cylinder and screw it in place.
4) Take the three green tabs and insert them one by one into the holes at the base of the trap, then snap them together.
5) Place the trap on the ground or hang it near the most sensitive areas, especially near hedges and in the perimeter areas of orchards.
The trap can be reused multiple times by simply replacing the pheromone and attractant after about 12 weeks.
