Solaris is a very curious child, bombarding with questions anyone he comes across.
The subject that fascinates him most of all is time. He wants to understand what it is and how it works.Together with his inseparable friends (Dino, the stuffed dinosaur, and especially Tic-tac, the stuffed clock) he sets out to unravel this unfathomable mystery. When even Tic-tac, who is supposed to know about these things, fails to provide him with a convincing explanation, Solaris realizes that time is a complicated affair, difficult to explain, perhaps magical!
It will be his mother and grandfather who will come to his aid by explaining to him, in simple words, concepts that are important to him and to every child: how day and night alternate, how to mark the hours and read a clock, but also how relative time is when seen from different perspectives. They will thus succeed in bringing him closer to the mystery of life as it flows, changes us and makes us grow.
