Composition -Exitiazox g 10 in wettable powder - Average dose 5 g per 10 liters of waterFeatures - Acaricide active on eggs, larvae and nymphs of red (Panonychus ulmi, Tetranychus urticae) and yellow spider mites. The active ingredient hexythiazox, belonging to the group of growth inhibitors, acts on juvenile forms by blocking chitin synthesis resulting in moult arrest and on eggs by inhibiting respiratory processes. Although it does not have adulticidal activity, Jalisco exerts sterilizing action on females, an important feature since reduced oviposition and the oviposition of infertile eggs interrupt the mite's reproductive cycle. Jalisco is able to penetrate leaf tissues and translocate from the treated surface to the opposite one, thus acting on both leaf pages (translaminar action). The duration of protection is about 3-4 weeks. The product is selective for bees and predatory mites.Approved crops - Apple, Pear, Peach, Citrus, Grapevine, Actinidia, Strawberry, Melon, Cucumber, Tomato, Pepper, Eggplant, Bean, Floral and ornamental crops in open field and greenhouse.Method and dose of use - 5 grams per 10 liters of water. During the cooler hours of the day, apply with a sprayer, knapsack pump or other suitable sprayer.Time of application - Intervene if possible when there is a low population of mobile forms (1-2 mites per leaf). In case the mite population is high, it is recommended to repeat the intervention after about a week.Deficiency period - Suspend treatments: 7 days before harvest for Tomato, Pepper, Eggplant, Melon, Cucumber, Bean, Strawberry; 14 days before harvest for Apple, Pear, Peach, Citrus, Vine, Actinidia.
