Stalpa is a mole repellent formulated with natural extracts of plant origin. Thus, in contrast to the usual talpicide products, it is safer to apply even on areas intended for play and recreation, the most frequented by children and pets. Liquid and easy to use, Stalpa, with its olfactory action alone, discourages the entry of moles into the areas to be protected (preventive or conservative applications) or drives them away when the infestation was already in place (pest control applications). The formulation is also active in warding off voles and field mice.
The presence of moles is never indicated by the location of the piles: only the peripheral tunnels are traveled several times, while the feeding or hunting tunnels (i.e., those that end with the troublesome piles) are traveled only once and quickly abandoned. Therefore, the problem that arises with all localized-application products or items (spring traps, electric traps, pyrotechnic detalpators, poisoned baits, smoke cartridges) is to figure out where they should be placed. Therefore, it is best to have a product evenly distributed over the entire surface.
